Key course information Accredited by the Institute of Food Science and Technology. You’ll look at the chemistry, biochemistry and physics that underpin food manufacturing, as well as studying nutrition and the physiology of the human diet. Based at our Brackenhurst Campus, you'll have access to our specialist food laboratory.
