Key course information Explore language structure and use, and delve into discourse analysis, sociolinguistics, and syntax. Study the theoretical and practical aspects of media production and analysis, such as ethics, culture, and globalisation. Gain an understanding of the complex ways in which language and media shape and influence society, and how they can be used to effect change. Take part in a min of 240hrs of work-like experience, with the option to take an extended 10-week work placement in Year 2.
