Key course information This course explores the context of artisan food within the wider food industry, alongside ethical and sustainable practices in food production. You'll also develop practical skills and techniques in artisan food production. Teaching is split between The School of Artisan Food, based in north Nottinghamshire, and Brackenhurst Campus. You'll benefit from a free shuttle bus between sites and learn from some of the most skilled and experienced artisan practitioners in the UK, Europe and beyond.
