Key course information On this unique and specialist course you’ll study the functionality of high-end food ingredients, and practical skills such as breadmaking, patisserie and viennoiserie, butchery, charcuterie and cheesemaking. Teaching is split between The School of Artisan Food, based in north Nottinghamshire, and Brackenhurst Campus. You'll benefit from a free shuttle bus between sites and learn from some of the most skilled and experienced artisan practitioners in the UK, Europe and beyond.
